Move Over Law for Nova Scotia and info for US and Ontario

The Move over law for Nova Scotia is a little different from other areas in that it makes it mandatory that you reduce your speed to a minimum of 60 KPH  and to move over to your left adjoining lane (where there is a second lane) if it is safe for you to do so .

They law does differ from province to province in some ways along with different US States. To be safe wherever you are consider using the move over provision and a speed reduction for any vehicle with flashing lights on the roadside including police, fire ambulance, tow trucks and road maintenance vehicles.
